Media Licensing

Rocket Lister owns the copyright in all photography, video, floor plans, and related creative works produced by our team. While we provide a limited license to agents for use during the active listing period, all rights revert to Rocket Lister once the listing is closed, canceled, or expires. This ensures that our works remain protected and available for proper licensing.

In addition to use during the active listing period, Rocket Lister licenses its media for secondary uses, including but not limited to:

• Archival and historical display of properties
• Data analytics and valuation modeling
• Training of artificial intelligence or computer vision systems
• Marketing, research, and industry education

These uses require permission and a valid license agreement.

Any licensed use must preserve copyright management information (CMI), including embedded metadata and/or visible watermarks. Removal, alteration, or misattribution of CMI is prohibited. Rocket Lister also prohibits sublicensing of our works without explicit authorization.
